jackfruit is the new meat substitute 🍗🍊

Right now jackfruit have been the new meat substitute.the Jackfruit have been native to south east Asia and are very large. Jackfruit have a very sweet fruity aroma and are popular in tropical areas. Jackfruit have a yellow green hue and are very interesting inside the skin. When handling jackfruit you need to oil your hands and this is not because of the spines but because it is very sticky and glutinous.When you cut open a jackfruit it looks very similar to a pineapple. Vegans and vegetarians recently have been using this in place of meat, and it is incredibly deceiving and looks just like chicken and tastes like chicken.In my experience I have been to a  vegan wedding where they served jackfruit tacos and I thought the whole time they were chicken.They had a slight starchy and sweet taste but were delicious with avocado and white onion. For people who don’t eat meat this is a tasty substitute!
